What do you do if your car breaks down or starts making funny noises?
Unless you’re what they used to call a “gearhead” when I was growing up, odds are you’re going to take it to a mechanic.
Likewise, if you’re a serious business, it’s important to not only trust professionals to do what they do best, but also choose the right professional for the job.
If you need legal advice, don’t trust your Uncle Bob who watches Law & Order three times a day. Hire an attorney. If you need a professional logo, don’t hire your eight year old niece who’s got a cool app for that. Hire a graphic designer.
And if you need to formulate a website messaging strategy and need somebody write the marketing copy that goes with that strategy, then don’t leave it to a web designer. Hire a professional writer who has experience in this area.
